Tortilla Soup

I'm so proud. This tortilla soup is gluten free, soy free, all secondary grain free, egg free, and yeast free... and awesome and DELICIOUS! The herbs are from my garden, so that makes it organic! BAM!

Created for my roommate who has all these nasty allergies that has made cooking and sharing food with her a challenging but rewarding process, I hope to continue to triumph in. This being but a small contribution to the fight to keep her belly full.
